This page is a work in progress guys – so I apologize if it’s not very robust…
I have a section on my blog labeled “how-to” that may or may not, in future, contain some health stuff. Just an FYI – if you’re interested. 😉
I love a good quiz – especially when it’s about me. 😛
Here are a some resources + tests pertaining to various health concerns/afflictions/various irritations that I have had trouble with the past. Some are automated – some may require a pen + paper or somewhere to record the responses.
Be open minded and always follow up with a registered naturopath/physician to confirm diagnosis.

Note – I did not put any quizzes that were more specific because when I had trouble with eating I used quizzes as reassurance that I was doing things “right”…don’t ask and don’t judge!

Skin trouble—know your skin type! It’s a good base for more knowledge. I’ve had skin trouble for most of my life – I’ve even been on Accutane three times! yayyyy. Just a heads up my ultimate fix is eating right!

Depression—This is a big one! Both myself + my family has had trouble with depression in the past. Do not suffer in silence! If you are feeling depressed – let the people that care about you know. If you’ve been feeling sad lately, especially for no reason, take the following test and see if you’re dipping below the “norm”.

Anxiety–Another big one that both myself and my family have a history with. It can be a bit embarrassing if you don’t know how to deal with it and help the feeling subside. There’s being nervous and then there’s being anxious about nothing for no reason at all. If this sounds like you, even occasionally, and you’re not sure where to start off – try the following quiz to see if it’s something you may want to consider talking to someone about.

Just like any other mental challenge/illness, addiction pairs with anxiety very easily. Treating just one and not the other can lead to relapse/inability to stay on track.
I was recommended a very informative and great page – Addiction and Anxiety – Highly recommended for anyone who is or knows someone suffering with anxiety!
