As you may have read last week I bought a juicing box from spud.ca last week. I was feeling a little off and realized I hadn’t been having a lot of juices or smoothies lately, so here we are! First up, a deliciously easy and nutritious juice!
PS. I realized too late that I would be posting this the day AFTER St. Patricks day…. anyone still want some green? 😀
It’s Easy Being Green
- 1 pear
- 1 ⁄2 lemon
- 1 ⁄2 bunch of kale or 1 small bunch
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 ⁄2 bunch parsley
- Pass softer ingredients through the juicer first to get the most of your produce.
- If not consuming right away, store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 12 hours.
