It’s Easy Being Green – A super green juice


As you may have read last week I bought a juicing box from last week. I was feeling a little off and realized I hadn’t been having a lot of juices or smoothies  lately, so here we are! First up, a deliciously easy and nutritious juice!

PS. I realized too late that I would be posting this the day AFTER St. Patricks day…. anyone still want some green? 😀

It’s Easy Being Green


  • 1 pear
  • 1 ⁄2 lemon
  • 1 ⁄2 bunch of kale or 1 small bunch
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 ⁄2 bunch parsley


  1. Pass softer ingredients through the juicer first to get the most of your produce.
  2. If not consuming right away, store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 12 hours.
