Spa Greens – A green-licious hydrating smoothie!

There is something luxurious and almost relaxing about the taste of this drink. We could all benefit from some hydration during this time of year… and it just so happens that this drink is basically like a mini internal spa, so drink + hydrate up! 🙂

Spa Greens

Ingredients

  • 1/2 a honeydew melon, de-seeded
  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • 1/4 medium cucumber
  • 3 ice dubes

Instructions

  1. Scoop honeydew melon into the blender
  2. Add remaining ingredients to blender, blend until desired smooth.
  3. Enjoy! 🙂 If not consuming right away, cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hrs.
