I often time will have at least one serving of Vega One a day. I have a hard time eating enough in a day, can always use extra nutrition, and on top of that, I also really enjoy the taste. Another plus – It can be a great base for smoothies.
This one is just as delicious as it is pretty!

1/2 serving Vega One French Vanilla
1 cup filtered water
Add 1 cup water and 1/2 serving Vega One French Vanilla and Blend until smooth.
Add blueberries and banana
Blend until smooth
Serve and enjoy. Makes 1 serving.
Note: If not consuming right away, refridgerate and shake prior to drinking. (Up to 24 hrs max.)
