Carrot Apple Zinger! An Energizing Juice

This is by far one of my favorite juice recipes!

It’s so darn delicious, and it really does have a “zing” to it! The ginger and carrot also really help avoid the bloating that often comes with consuming apples (at least in my case!)

Carrot Apple Zinger


  • 5 carrots (this is up for debate – I have added up to 8 carrots)
  • 2 apples
  • 1″ fresh ginger


  • Run through ingredients through the juicer as follows: apples, ginger and lastly, the carrots.
  • Makes 1 medium serving, or 2 small.
  • The sooner you consume, the more nutrition you’ll get – but this can be refrigerated and consumed up to 24 hrs after making.
