A lot of people attribute fall to pumpkins – which is valid – but you can’t forget the pear! It’s in season starting late summer all the way through to winter. A superfruit that is high in fibre and anti-oxidants, the pear….pairs perfectly with the other ingredients in this juice.
Though this juice is not necessarily the most colourful or pretty – the taste is ON POINT!
- 2 apples
- 1 pear
- 1 inch fresh ginger root.
Put ingredients through juicer – I would recommend putting the ginger in second to ensure it doesn’t slip through and end up in the “waste”.
If not drinking right away, store in airtight jar/container for up to 24 hours.
