Get some greens into your day with this delicious, hydrating and humongous smoothie!
- 1/2 a honeydew melon
- 1/3 medium cucumber
- Small handful spinach leaves
- Small handful of fresh mint (I used apple mint from my garden)
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 ice cubes
Blend & Enjoy!
This recipe filled my 1L jar, so there is definitely enough for 2-4 servings.
